Registration
Authors
Registration fee for one author per accepted paper/poster: 0 USD. It involves a free entry to ETH Prague 2026. The authors of all accepted papers and posters will receive a registration form. After filling out the form, they will obtain a free entry ticket.
Additional authors (on top of 1 author) should pay the registration fee of the ETH Prague conference (see details at https://ethprague.com/tickets), while ETHReS does not collect any additional registration fees.
If additional authors wishing to attend ETHReS cannot secure funding for registration at ETH Prague, they can apply for a stipend covering this fee. It is subject to availability. We might have stipend funding to support also the 2nd author, but it is not guaranteed. Requests can be made to the contact email or the Telegram group.
Other Participants
Other participants wishing to attend ETHReS have to buy tickets to ETH Prague 2026 conference and use free access to ETHReS. The link for buying tickets at ETH Prague is https://ethprague.com/tickets. Note that ETHPrague provides a significant discount for students.
